This means that whenever possible, we minimize the environmental impact of the development and operation of our buildings. Yet the journey is not over as we strive to continually enhance our record.

At Cousins, we focus on all three broad aspects of environmental sustainability: economic value, environmental impact, and social benefit. For us, sustainability means:
